Made as part of the Orbit (Film) project, in which a number of experimental filmmakers were invited to make short films about various celestial objects, Scan Platform Problems (Close to You) journeys to the rings of Saturn, the melancholy planet. While a technical malfunction with the satellite has made imaging difficult, it has also created a strange surplus of feeling. A collaboration with Jacqueline Goss.
